 Energy Efficiency Tools
TXU Energy is dedicating $100 million to develop innovative energy efficiency and conservation products and services that will help our customers and help the Texas environment.
 Renewable Energy Plans
TXU Energy has innovative programs that let you take your use of renewable energy to a whole new level, such as residential plan options with 10% or 100% renewable products, and business plans where either 25% or 100% of your electricity comes from Texas renewable resources.
 Committed to Community
TXU Energy is dedicated to environmental stewardship. We help maintain the
TXU Energy Urban Tree Farm, the largest non-profit urban tree farm in the nation. In 2007, TXU Energy and community volunteers planted approximately 10,000 trees, which will eventually be provided to neighborhood associations, schools, non-profit organizations, various cities and government entities statewide.
 Energy Conservation
As a leader in energy conservation, TXU Energy continuously educates hundreds of thousands of consumers on the importance of conserving energy through various community initiatives, online tools such as the Home Energy Advisor, and in-home energy tools such as the TXU Energy Power MonitorTM.
 Energy Audits
TXU Energy maintains a competitive edge in the industry by hosting In-Home Energy Audits statewide. TXU Energy conservation experts provide residential and business consumers with detailed energy audits and basic information on ways to reduce energy consumption and lower electricity bills.
 Home Energy Makeovers
For the past six years, TXU Energy has partnered with local youth groups and senior volunteer organizations to promote energy conservation awareness and help low-income customers in need of energy assistance. TXU Energy's Home Energy Makeover program gives local residents in various communities throughout Texas the opportunity to learn how to save energy and reduce the costs of electric bills.
